A big thank you / looking forward to 2012

A big thank you to all those who gave up their time to get involved and visit this years Lindley Carnival. Well, we've had a short break but now it's time to start thinking about next year...

Next years event (2012) will be taking place at Fernlea Playing Fields, behind the Black Bull Pub in Lindley on Saturday 30 June 2012, between 1.00pm-4.00pm.

The focus of the day is entertainment for the whole family, from the young to the old. There will be many attractions on the day including local bands, a whole variety of stalls and plenty of activities are planned to keep the kids occupied.

This popular annual event promises to be even better than last year with more attractions planned this year to entertain families.

"The event was a big success last year, with the many locals that flocked to take part and organisers vowed to keep the carnival going. It's a community festival, a real family event for the people of Lindley and we hope to continue it for many more years to come."
